I havent heard anything so I'm assuming no news is good news, nothings changed and we're getting real full (even Single A, 15 players) minor league rosters hardcoded as the default roster release day, 3/24

It's been changed recently. All in a new centralized location.

is the 15 real players in A ball an actual thing or just speculation? I haven't seen that anywhere.

22 they put 100% real players at Single A, they did not in 21. heck, in 21, I want to say there were handful or two of fake AA players iirc
so this time, I fully expect it to be the same for 23 as 22

No news is probably good news but I would expect a release to be in a couple weeks after anyone who is not in the game day 1 to be added.
