So I did the roster to the Miami Marlins last year and I thought it wouldn't hurt to get this up and going for feedback and suggestions on players. I have a full 90 man roster but anyone can be moved at my discretion for another player. Any constructive criticism and feedback is welcome.

I looked at this and your A's thread also, I think you tend to give potentials a little too high. Maybe you are only looking at a prospect's ceiling and that is perfectly normal for us prospect watchers, we tend to just dream of those ceilings. I say think of the floor and go somewhere in between.

I recognize that i do do that, but it is the "potential" and some of the guys are either too young or just haven't played enough to judge, but i try to not make it ridiculous, thanks for the feedback, i'll work on it

I appreciate you accepting my constructive feedback. Remember that potential can increase or decrease so if you start at the ceiling, they could end up outperforming that ceiling. That is why I say consider the ceiling and floor and end up in the middle. It is not a perfect science, though, and most look pretty good now.
