I would raise Matz to a B+ and definitely lower Puello. He's nowhere near a B prospect and just cleared waivers.

Just a couple quick minor league notes I came across(nothing that can get switched now I assume, but once the roster drops for those that want to)

Jayce Boyd is being moved to the OF.
Domingo Tapia has been officially announced as a RP instead of a SP.
Danny Muno will be at 3B(although it looks like you have him there already)
The Mets just signed former 1st rd pick Josh Smoker. Maybe someone to be added to the vault depending on how he does.

I don't know if this has been brought up yet or not, but for whatever reason the game is way off with Harvey's pitch speeds. His fastball was hitting like 93 when I was playing and the guy touches 97 regularly...

Not sure why that is for you, my first game out of the box was with the Mets, and Harvey was regularly hitting 96, hit 98 once I think. I'm using meter pitching btw, for what its worth

I'm not sure if you guys edit this in in the OSFM V1 roster, but how do you feel about deGroms potential only being a low B? I'm thinking I wanna bump it up a bit, but I'm not sure if I should.

Looks ood. But why are you creating Herrera & Campbell? They are both in the default roster?
