2015 New York Mets Accessories and Equipment Edits

I need help on a good alternative batting stance for Yoenis Cespedes, I know the season is over, but I feel his is off. Yea his default stance is fine, but he doesn't move his hands as much. These are the current alternative batting stances I've looked at. Jay Gibbons, Willy mo Pena, Jay Bruce, Steven Souza Jr, Casey McGee, Henry Blanco, & Joey Votto. So far I feel Jay Gibbons is close because of the hand movement, & because of the open stance. Any help I would greatly appreciate, please.
