I can tell you right now that certain pitchers' changeups in the stock rosters have quite a bit of fade.

I mean strictly for created players.

Also how are the pitch movements tied to each San Diego created pitcher. Is it tied to the motion or the player themself?

I'm hoping it's the motion but I can't say that with any certainty.

Stephen Strasburg should have a circle change. Watch any of his highlights he has some of the most tailing movement on his change. Tails away from lefties and in on righties

Re: Pitch Edits 2015 Discussion Thread

For created players the arm angle has some influence on the pitch movement. For the Mariners prospects I've been assigning fastballs and changeups based on pictures if available. I will say that no matter how much movement you give a 4 seam fastball, the amount of run will always be minimal, so for guys with the big exaggerated movement you get from low 3/4 or sidearm I would stick with running fastballs.

Sean are you incorporating the Pitch Edits into OSFM, Hybrid or your own rosters?

You did a great job last year, loved the pitch edits, made pitching so much better.

Thanks!

Re: Pitch Edits 2015 Discussion Thread

I'm noticing a side effect of the running fastballs in carry over saves. Now everyone throws a 2seamer, many with 2 variations. Lol
