I Pm'd Russell last week and he was gonna look at using our OSFM set for updates. He needed it posted in the vault though so I couldnt get it to him until then. I did message him to let him know its there now for future roster updates.

I cant imagine why anyone would use the default SCEA roster, except when forced for online play

I play with so many different rosters, I even play a season with the default rosters.
Now, if I were forced to play with just ONE roster, the default roster, isn't my first, or tenth, choice. But on release day, they more than suffice till there is a roster build up.
