Typically if he is doing it like we did in the past it's based off stats from multiple years of stats mixed in with predicted stats of this year(however being this early that would be useless) we had formulas set up to obtain the ratings for most of the stuff U can rate with mathematics. A lot of the other ratings are obtained from numerous scouting reports.

Been in touch with ils I'm going to touch up faces for the minors as many as I can while he's doing the ratings. Haven't got to do any roster work and I got the itch to get some work in.

Something I forgot to add. This first version is just me doing ratings for guys. Pitch edits will NOT be included in this first set, for MLB and minor league guys. Those will come in later sets. As of now the plan is to get a playable set out using the ratings I have. Pitch edits for minor league guys will be in a future release. What I'm using now are just what was provided to us by OSFM.
