I have. I have one up in the vault that is recent as of Monday, so its missing a couple transactions(Nieves SD to ATL, E.Beltre CHW to fa, and (possibly) K.Gregg CIN to fa-still waiting on another source for that one)

Does your roster have all of the SCEA player ratings updated. For example Hanley rated a 91.

No. Theres no edits to SECA guys. Only thing I did was import the new SECA additions over their OS counterparts. Thats the only thing I did as far as SECA players go.

Its mostly just updated transactions. I removed all the legends and added in some minor league and international free agents. And moved all the injured players from A to MLB. The 25/40's could use some work. And I also added CP's to AA and AAA(they might not be accurate to real life but there done)

This set has updated all major and minor league players based on a formula they use for just this thing.
