A lot of random glaring issues with relievers. Kevin Jepsen is one of the top relievers in the game with the Twins in this roster at 76 overall, no reason for this he's put up 3 total WAR in 8 seasons. Casey Fien is also right up there, no reason for it. Thats only one team, many of them are like this

He's rated 79 not 76 and that's his rating in the last SCEA roster update, I haven't touched him apart from updating him with each SCEA roster update.
