Updated roster ratings

I updated the ratings of almost all players on the roster (missed a few FA) to portray what they have done in 2015 (2014 if a player didn't play this year).

Here's what I've done.

1. Rated most of the player ratings.
*for Sp, Rp, Cp I mainly focused on the top ratings from stamina to BB rating
*for position player didn't played too much with the defensive ratings

2. Used only the teams 40 man rosters plus whatever player that was on the team even if is not on the 40 man roster.

3. Added MLB top 100 rookies. All top 50 players are A rated prospects and the rest 51-100 prospects are B rated.

4. All players on the 40 man are rated C or higher and 60 > overall rating with the non created players have a rating of at most 54 and rated no higher than C (doesn't apply to some FA)

5. All created players I gave a pronounced name, used one that sound like the player name for those players that didn't have the exact pronunciated name.

To create the roster I used the live roster update and OS roster.
