Roster Overwrite problem

How come when I download a roster file from the vault or Sony's online rosters for some reason it doesn't offer me the option to save the file as a new roster but it forces me to overwrite an old roster file. Please van anyone help with this./ MLB 16 for PS4

Someone said that there's only five slots for rosters. That might be your case

WOW!! That's crazy I hope Sony can patch this for some reason I thought I had downloaded a bad update.. Thanks for your quick response to this I really appreciated..

Ya they cut quite a bit of slots. 5 for rosters, 5 for sliders, 25 for players importing which sucks cause I usually import almost full team into my roster set and now I have to Export half, import, then export the other half.. repeat and rinse. Pain in the butt!

Wonder why in the world they would have done something like this? I mean to limit roster saves & importing CAPS seems a bit awkward to me. Surely this wouldn't be done because of a space issue for the game on disc?

Surely it wouldn't have been done because of priority either? Does anybody have any real knowledge/answers as to why SCEA has done this for '16 on this subject matter? Thanks!

Late to the party but yes, this really sucks when you consider how many cool previous year rosters are out there (that people have worked on very hard).

Hopefully this is resolved for next years The Show. In the meantime, the only fix is to use a flash drive.
