I think you should go with a latin country, so when he asks for a "compatriot" on the team, there could be options. Maybe one with less players in the MLB, like Colombia or Panama.

Also Josh Bell is frustrating me lol. He has changed his batting stance 3 times this spring and multiple times last year! I have settled on his most recent he's been using in minor league camp.
