Personally it looks good except I'd make Mcguire a A instead of B+
And Meadows an A instead of A- but thats just a personal opinion and not a huge deal

One question? What happens to a player like Jung Ho Kang or Elias Diaz that was not in MLB The Show 15 when I carry over my franchise from 15 to the new game? Are they still created players or they automatically transform into the original SCEA Version?

I think it depends on which version you have. If you have the player that SCEA released in its roster update, then he'll become the real thing when you transfer over. If he's from the original OSFM or any other roster, then he'll stay the way he is...

OSFM 2016: Pittsburgh Pirates

Pirates signed two pitchers to MiLB deals with invite to spring training. Both have a shot for the one bullpen spot left.

RP - Eric O'Flaherty
RP - Cory Luebke (C+) hasn't played since 2012

At this point, honestly, I think Luebke is a C at the best.

Ya good point. How about C+ for Luebke? I feel he still has potential, he has just been injured that last 2-3 years.
