How to Carry Over Franchise - DELETED

I DELETED and reposted in correct forum. This will be the first year I carry over a franchise. My questions is basically how do we do it? I was going to trade in my MLB 15 The Show when I picked up The Show 16, but wasn't sure if I could still carry over if I didn't have the MLB 15 disc. So, how does the year to year save work exactly? Thank you in advance for the assist on this issue

You just need the franchise save. In 16 when you select franchise there will be a Continue from MLB 15 option. Select your save and there you go.
