What will you say is the best available roster to start a franchise off with right now?

Since the OSFM is almost out I'd suggest you wait for it... But some people talk good about a roster named 'top 200 prospects' I personally haven't tried it

The best one until OSFM comes out is 'top400prospects' which was formerly 'top200prospects'. Ive downloaded a few and this one seems to have the most realistic prospects and a good amount. Plus, most of the fake guys have been tuned out. Doesnt seem to have an impact-type fake prospects which is a good thing.
