I'd say remove Nick Lee from Nats 40 man. He hasnt touched the majors yet and isnt a major prospect at this point.

Yes, he is. He has been placed on the 60-Day DL (which removes him from the 40 man roster temporarily to make room for an injury replacement, in the case Chris Heisey).
