Difference in the rosters?

What is the difference in the rosters? I am looking between all the threads and just curious as to the differences and which everyone prefers.

Past years I got the latest by Knight and just edited the 40 man myself the best I could to have all the big name players on the MLB roster as I like to play with what teams best possible players are(stars and such).

Now it seems there are many choices with OSFM v1, the OSFM v1.5 40 man and talk of a hybrid. What about the "official" OSFM with corrections by Knight?

Well hybrid is OSFM w/adjustments to player ratings and stuff. OSFM v1.5 is probably just corrections and edits to v1?

Sounds like the 1.5 is what I will use then. I don't care much about ratings since some are subjective. Last year I did have to edit Chris Sale though as they didn't have his fast ball reaching what he was hitting in games. I kind of went too far though. THey had him only reaching like 93 to 94 I think while he was at I think 98 in some games so I changed him. I was hitting 99!

Re: Difference in the rosters?

I was wondering as well what the difference is between OSFM V1 and OSFM V1.5. Both are uploaded by Ridin.

Also what is the cut-off date for roster transactions?

1.5 has corrections to version 1, otherwise it is the same, so there's no reason to use 1 over 1.5. The hybrid rosters will add ratings changes to the OSFM roster. The 1.5 40 man roster is just OSFM 1.5 with the 40 man rosters filled out as the regular version only has the 25 man rosters set.

Re: Difference in the rosters?

I figured. Just been out of the loop lately. Are there any OSFM rosters without injuries? (no MLB players in A Ball).
