Yes, I want to know this, too. I'd like my franchise to reflect how MLB (and the minors) looked on Opening Day. If someone was traded, released, DFA, or put on the DL after Opening Day, I'd rather that not be considered. Is this too much to ask?

This includes the 40-man roster, too. After two weeks of play, there are now some players new to their respective team's 40-mans (to fill a gap after someone's been DFA or put on the 60-day or Restricted List).

Can you even edit contracts in the PS4 Version from the game itself? We need an editor badly for this game. That would be so cool to be able to edit stuff from PC that otherwise we couldn't do period.

Yes, same screen as name and general info.

But has to be before you start your franchise. Once franchise begins, you can no longer edit contracts.

Can the names of the managers, hitting, pitching, and base coaches be edited in this year's game? I'd like to be able to do that and also edit the names of the front office brass.

Also, will v2 be a 40 man roster or will the other poster, millennium, turn it into a 40 man from a 25 man?

Can't wait. I bought the PS4 just for The Show series.

You cannot edit the names of managers or coaches in the game.

I believe V2 will be a 25 man roster. Not sure if Mill is making it into a 40 man or not, but if not, I'm sure someone will.

No coaches aren't customizable in any way. Not sure about your 2nd question. Eventually, Ridin does a version with a 40 man. Not sure if it's in the next version though.
