Yep, the system right now is one where you can neg someone into oblivion if you have a bunch of free time. Not one of Sony's better design decisions.

This is why I almost laughed out loud when this guy posted screenshots of his ratings in the vault.

I think the kingsransom rosters are disgusting. Unless you like allstars rated in the 60s and everyone's potential D, find another roster.
