Most natural looking stances and motions?

I wanted to get everyones input on the most natural (smooth) stances and motions that are in the game. We all know that mo-capping has been lacking for quite a while and most of the swings and motions are not very pleasing to the eye. So far I have seen Adrian Gonzalez's stance and it looks pretty good. Saw a video of Machado and I think its a good one as well, I will have to check for myself when I get home. Which ones has everyone else seen?
