The player cards will not have a bunch of zeros and stats here and there. Thanks to Showtyme and myself we have did this for over 50 veteran players that are no longer on the game , but still play.

I will post some previews and examples soon as the faces will still need to be done for these veteran players.

Im really looking forward to seeing this roster and using it once its done. I like that both AAA and AA will be accurate as of OD.

Not sure what you have decided on pitch edits, but MBMavs did a amazing job on his pitch edits, which was used in the Hybrid roster.

Im using the Hybrid roster in a franchise, but Im going to have 2 franchises going, 1 where I keep follow everything that happens IRL, and then 1 where I let things play out however the game decides. I might even just play as manger of 1 of either my AAA or AA affiliate, and let the CPU handle everything, and I just play the games.

I appreciate it, as me being a 1 person team it does take longer, but I am working as quickly as I can.

I can honestly say though with me just being a 1 person team this roster is 100% accurate being a mistake free roster. It's just the wait that some can't handle.

Thanks I appreciate it. As far as Pitch Edits go I have my own and mine is a much larger list that Mavs is and mine are done completely different than how he does his.

My pitch edits also go with SCEA formula not made up numbers. I actually figured 90% of how they determine there control and break, but I only adjust it when a player has a new pitch and SCEA did no ratings or gave the correct pitch. All pitchers have SCEA break and control I only gave correct pitch type and the correct sequence the pitch was thrown.

These rosters are based of SCEA ratings and will have the "Live Ratings" added from each weeks roster update upon release. I also will have all minor league players ratings based of SCEA ratings formula I cracked so when your playing your franchise the ratings are all on the same formula and goes great with new players coming into your franchise through the player draft etc... So all players in your franchise will be based off the same exact formula.

All in all I will not be releasing anything until the final project is complete. Not releasing my Pitch Edit Chart until then as well.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah I can see what you mean by the incoming players that are pitchers being on a different ratings scale. What Ive done when using a edited roster like Hybrid is I go thru and adjust all incoming pitchers break and control to match the philosophy of what roster editor used. I dont really mind it, but Im sure not everyone would want to do this, so I can see where you using the same scale with break and control that SCEA uses being beneficial to those who dont wont to mess with having to edit incoming players from draft.

I'm Tom Pettying too... the waiting is the hardest part but given your attention to detail and accuracy it's well worth it.

Are you firing up an adult online league this year Houston?

Thanks Vechi. I was trying to get a online franchise going once the game was released, but with doing rosters and the issues that online was having I decided to focus on rosters first. Hopefully by the time I am done with these I can start the online franchise and begin reliving the 2017 season.

Re: MLB on FOX: 2017 OPENING DAY ROSTERS

Alright guys this is what I have been working on and wanted to share. Here is a list from all players in Triple-A for all 30 teams who were originally missing from the game. Mostly are veteran players who were no longer are on the game at launch or no longer found as a real player in a carry over franchise. Myself and Showtyme have added what I like to call "Simulated Stats" for the ones who half to be created from scratch these players now have stats and the correct teams they played on during there career. I did find players with real career stats in my carry over franchise and added there name back into who they really are.

* Explanation of each player will be found at bottom of page with what it all means.

* The faces will still need to be done on these players. So thanks to Sammy and Motown for helping with these.

Explanations Below:

  • Real Stats - This means a player has his true career stats and teams played for.
  • Simulated Stats - This means a player was created from scratch and has similar career stats to what his real stats should be by us simulating games for his player card.
  • SCEA UPDATE - This means the player was added from the SCEA Roster Update and he will get a real face in your franchise next year.

I will keep this list updated and any veteran players gets added in a SCEA Roster Update I will add them to the roster and this list so they will have there real career stats.
