i finished my 40 man complete Roster Ratings Rework last night however i need some help updating the recent transactions in the game

Ex. getting Fister and Peralta on the Sox, Hechavarria on the Rays, Bartolo Colon as a FA, Stephen Vogt on the Brewers, Montero on the Jays, Grilli to the Rangers

the offline transaction system in this game is much different than Madden and NBA 2K if anyone is willing to help i'd greatly appreciate it.

Will version 3.0 have more draft picks & possibly more International Free Agents Ridin? What basically will be new or added from v2.8 maybe I should ask that way instead? Thanks.

Just got the game a couple days ago. I just want to know witch are the most accurate and up to date rosters to use??? The OSFM rosters also seem out of date and just want some up to date rosters to start an offline franchise with??? Can someone point me in the right place THANKS!!!
