Roster Name: OSFM 2017 - FINAL ROSTER

Best OSFM out there, thx to the foundation Ridin and Crew delivered.
Sim Stats are much better than other OSFM files, as I edited ratings according to my methods of perfection.

Desclafani the Reds ace 44 H/9. Whats the point of making every fielders arm accuracy horrible? These are wierd. I'll stick with the latest official SCEA.
