I don't know what he uses but when I'm doing edits to my own roster I use Brooks Baseball and Fangraphs

I use Brooksbaseball.net.

Great site and they use Spring Training, Winter/Fall Leagues, and World Baseball Classic data so even if a guy has never pitched in the Majors, you can still find out what pitches he throws.

Awesome, love that site. I'm glad FanGraphs has the same source now in Pitch Info.

Re: MBMavs20 2017 Updated Pitch Edits

Quick update. Added the following pitchers:

Marcus Walden Red Sox
Yonny Chirinos Rays
Ryan Yarbrough Rays
Ryan Carpenter Tigers
Brad Keller Royals
Shohei Ohtani Angels
Luke Bard Angels
Jordan Hicks
Adam Cimber Padres

Walden, Keller, and Cimber only have 2 pitches so far this year.

Brooksbaseball.net has been slow so far imputing this years data. (it's still not listed) so I got data from the box score for each game that are listed.

Kazuhisa Makita from the Padres is a bit of a mystery. Brooksbaseball in their box score only had him throwing 2 pitches in Friday's game: both Change-ups at 81MPH. However, if you check YouTube it has his appearance in Friday's game. He throw 13 pitches and his fastball was listed at 81MPH. Couldn't get a reading on how fast his Change up was. Will have to wait for more data.

If I had to guess, his Fastball is 80-81MPH and his Circle Change is between 70-72MPH.

Re: MBMavs20 2017 Updated Pitch Edits

Hey guys, I was working on updating the OSFM with these pitch edits and the new patch just rolled back 3 teams because I told it to update without saving which sucks because it takes forever. Any tips on doing this more quickly?

Edit: I know that's a stupid question just frustrated. However does anyone know how to up the default velocities? A lot of the created minor leaguers RFB can't get up over 94 and a lot of changeups can't be faster than 84. I know in previous versions you could up the arm strength but that doesn't seem to be working this year.

Yeah, we had the same issues last year when adding my pitch edits. At least its only the editable and created players. Wish SDS would fix it.

I am currently putting some pitch edits into my rosters on MLB 14 the Show for PS3 and having the same issue.
