Here are the ratings completed to date:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1O1q...ew?usp=sharing
I have to go back and add pitch edits for a few teams (CWS, KC, MIN), but most are done.
All AL teams are done. I'm working through the NL: ATL, MIA, WSH, FLA and LAD are done.
A quick breadkdown on the ratings and the proces:
Hitting and Fielding
-Contact ratings are based on AVG
-Power ratings are based on ISO and HR%
-Vision ratings are based on K%
-Discipline ratings are based on BB%
-Clutch ratings are based on FanGraphs clutch rating system
-Durability ratings are based on the league average games played per MLB season (102 games) for all position players, and then adjusted for catchers.
-Minimum durability for rookies is 80.
-Minimum durability for all other position players is 70.
-FanGraphs fan scouting reports was used for speed and arm strength ratings, or 20-80 scouting reports if none were available (often the case for rookies)
-Fielding ratings (arm accuracy, reaction and fielding ability) are position specific; catchers, infielders and outfielders are all rated differently.
-RDRS (Baseball Info Solutions Defensive Runs Saved Above Average) is factored into the calculations, which makes position specific adjustments.
Pitchers
-Per 9 ratings are based on the per 9 statistics.
-Stamina is based on innings/appearance
-Clutch is based on FanGraphs clutch ratings
-Pitch repertoires are up to date as of last season.
-Pitch ratings are based on the last 3 years of pitch data available
-Pitch control is based on strike percentage, with an adjustment for pitches that were thrown out of the strike zone and missed i.e. pitchers will benefit from those strikes
-Movement is based on whiff%
-If a pitcher’s primary pitch is a sinker, it remains a sinker
-If a pitcher uses a sinker but it is not his primary pitch, it is listed as a two-seamer. This helps sinkerballers stand out.
-Brooks Baseball's pitch descriptions were used to influence what pitches were used.

I assume SPD means speed. You have Moncada with 99 speed and Buxton with 84 speed. I think that could be reversed! The only reason Buxton was caught stealing last year was because he over slid the base. Now, that isn't the reason I personally consider Buxton with 99 speed and Moncada with 84 speed. Of course, you could start a poll and see what other people think about the speed difference between Buxton and Moncada. Me? I say Buxton is faster than Moncada. If Moncada is 99 speed, Buxton should be, in my opinion, 114 speed.
