Roster masters - Formula for SCEA conversion for power attribute?

I'm not sure how the power attribute converts.

Looking for accurate power attribute formula for the game on the industry standard scouting 20-80 scale.

Something I'm working on is:

SCEA power 85-99 = 80 Scout scale
SCEA power 70-85 = 70 Scout scale
SCEA power 55-70 = 60 Scout scale
SCEA power 40-55 = 50 Scout scale
SCEA power 30-40 = 40 Scout scale
SCEA power 20-30 = 30 Scout scale
SCEA power 10-20 = 20 Scout scale
SCEA power 0-10 = 10 Scout scale

Can you roster gurus confirm this would work?

I'm most interested in IN-GAME as I don't do sim or online. THANKS!
