I tried tweaking KB's stance but it wouldn't let me as all values gave me that message. What do I need to do?

Just gotta figure out what to do first. I think u have to make him lean forward(toward pitcher) just a smidge first. Than hand position take it off his shoulder until u can move it back down once everything is set. Takes some patience
