Ok, so I completely understand it’s just one player and the A’s don’t have a very large fan base on this forum, but I just gotta say. Why in the world is AJ Puk not on the base roster for MLB 20? He’s a top 3 prospect for the A’s. Luzardo even got a face scan. Murphy is in the game. I don’t understand it. Puk was called up in August of 2019, was NEVER added to the game officially by SSDS. And again this year, despite having more service time than both Luzardo and Murphy, Puk is nowhere to be found. What’s even weirder is that the game launched with Ridin’s help for the full minors and Ridin and his team had never left Puk out of the roster since the kid was drafted. Rant over. Sorry. Just frustrating as an A’s fan.

Hey guys just FYI its been mentioned in another post by Ridin that not all players had the chance to sign the Paperwork to get them in the game and that they are hoping they do sign in the future so they can be added via patch!Comment

I kinda know the feeling, heck I get similar issues with my NY Mets all the time every single yr. I’m also frustrated that on my Mets the rosters of the minors is literally wrong. Mets relief pitcher Drew Smith is missing and isn’t in the game, I guess because of tommy John last yr, I’ve had to copy the body and face from Cujo’s Drew smith player cap from two seasons ago, onto the fake generic player from free agency on a carryover franchise mode, since that player has Drew Smith’s actual MLB career stats and service time. Yet I’m surprised Yoenis Cespedes is still in the game after not playing for 2 seasons, even Gavin Lux and TJ Rivera of the Phillies is missing.

I understand the paperwork ordeal but still crazy how some players are missed especially people who played last year and who aren’t like top top names. Like Brett Cecil is missing. Like above Puk missing Lux is missing(Thats massive) and the one that bothers me most cuz I’m a Yankees fan is Mike King not being there. I was looking forward to pitching with him and him having a face scan. So hopefully these guys are added soon via patch.Comment

Ramon said they were working on adding close to 200 more prospects/ players after release. He said this on launch day and was saying it will be done "tonight " (launch day) or shortly after.
Just saw a tweet that said Puk/Lux are confirmed to be on the disk but once paperwork is cleared they will be added in an update and they're saying "very soon" . Whatever that means as far as timeframe. Not sure if the corona thing is effecting the paperwork.Comment

I wonder what paperwork they are missing for guys like Puk and Lux. They both had time on the major league roster last season so shouldn’t they already be apart of the MLBPA? Glad to hear they were already on the disc and essentially just need to be unlocked with a roster update. anyone know if The asian imports will be in the update and if they got face scans? Most guys have probably already left spring training so this will be a huge problem trying to get signatures.Comment
