I know it, but they're a little before my time. Plus having to deal with the teams that aren't really there kinda sucks.

Great rosters tho, amazing work was put into them.

Whatís the ETA on this roster set? Super excited for this one as itís right after I got into baseball.

Currently using a 1998 set from OS but itís only 60 players or so per organization and Iím running into problems a month in with Joe Randomís being called up

You canít do multi year franchises unless the roster is a full 90 man per team roster.

So with the 1998 the best way to enjoy that is to play a one season replay with CPU roster control turned on (no injuries).

Then you will not run into that problem.

I also employ 30 team control so I can go through each team and set up their best lineups and pitching rotation. Save it as a master file and then start a season. Create a separate save for that season replay you start with whatever team you want, so of I ever want to do another season I have the master file always there to start again and the lineups all to my liking.

I created this file with the idea that Play Now / Exhibition Mode would be idea. 30 team control with injuries OFF. I readily admit it's not perfect and I've learned a lot about editing following that file (which really was my first large scale attempt).

What I do: I have a notebook with blank box score sheets. I play an exhibition game (which I truly feel gives the most organic and pure baseball) and then track the stats the old fashioned way. (I just hate getting into a Franchise Mode where the CPU seems to want to "even things out" - so I created the file with the idea of enjoying the simplicity of the games, or - if you want to add players over the Joe Random's, that's a small price for your time since I did 95% of the work). I'm just grateful for all of the guys here who do this stuff, and wanted to add something for us in this late-90's era to go along with the front-end of this era as well.
