Equipment Edits for the future...

So guys, I've been toying around with the idea of making an extensive ongoing post for equipment used by major and minor leaguers. Similar to how we do stances and pitch edits but maybe organized in a way that is easier to track down certain players than just continually scrolling? Maybe a collaborative Google Sheets link anyone can edit would be the best way of organizing all that info? Would love to hear anyone else's ideas if they have one! Maybe even including facial hair for CAP's would be cool since that can often be a big detail in realism.

The key being that I want to make a list that really goes for minor leaguers as well to make it a very detailed project that could hopefully be used as a database for roster creators (or maybe even SDS) and those of us that love getting this level of detail in the game. I'm gonna start working on infrastructure for this so that we can hopefully have it going for 2021.

Here's a link to the collab google sheet, right now I'm just entering in stuff that isn't likely to change from year to year, entering in equipment details could end up being for naught right now since we don't know what will be in next year's game, but I fully encourage anyone to add information they have. Much love.

I like the sound of that!

I'm planning on doing Giants edits again next year (as well as A's ones). Hopefully, current gen gets the same equipment updates as next-gen (I doubt I'll have upgraded by next season).

@Candlestick, your Giants edits are exactly the type of quality stuff I think every team deserves!

added Mets 28 man end of 2020 season roster.

Happy to contribute but def need a clean way of having the data shown. Drop downs probably the best bet.

Re: Equipment Edits for the future...

I'm now beginning to add in actual equipment, if you would to insert a new player onto the sheet just add a row inside the appropriate team chart.
