If a start a new franchise with V4 and dont do 30 team franchise, what would happen with the CPU managin their injured guys in SINGLE A and do they every come back up or do I need to go move guys around before i Start.

Stupid question but how do I set a specific start date in Franchise? Since I'm using V4, the rosters aren't set to opening day, and it's kinda weird starting the 2021 season with Mad Max and Turner already in LA for example.

You can not set a start date for franchise. You can only start at the beginning of the year. You can turn the trade slider down to 0 to minimize trades until a later time though if you want.
