Oh, I too thought that the Ridins project updated the Attributes of the SDS.

Could you be so kind to let me know of any key players that perhaps need some adjustment ( I am a novice: is the Rodriguez the Mariners Rookie?)

Thank you.
This update was easy. There were only 5 players. Every roster update has the changes listed here: https://mlb22.theshow.com/roster_updates

Julio Rodriguez (yes, the Mariners rookie) got speed up to 98. And then 4 pitchers got adjustments. Their pitch mixes should look like this:
  • Shohei Ohtani (LAA) -
    4s - 89/72/53
    Sl - 57/91/99
    Spl - 83/98/73
    Cu - 59/75/69
    Crv - 66/64/76

    - Tyler Mahle (CIN) -
    4s - 73/77/90
    Sl - 68/69/56
    Spl - 59/78/99
    Cu - 48/62/90

    - Ryan Helsley (STL) -
    4s - 99/77/73
    Cu - 53/86/86
    12-6 - 68/70/69
    Cch - 3/54/48

    - Evan Phillips (LAD) -
    4s - 80/71/64
    Sl - 55/69/99
    Cu - 76/68/58
    Ch - 13/58/85

Re: Ridins Full Minors roster information

So forgive me if I should know this. But why did they change ratings from the SDS roster?

They didn't for major leaguers. They did for prospects, and that's because SDS' prospect ratings often make no sense (they drastically underrate minor leaguers and freshly called up rookies). But established major leaguers all have the SDS ratings from the 4/29 update.

I see. But I saw they changed Steven Kwan's ratings and he's been with the big club since opening day. They moved his contact from a 77 to a 66. So that's why I thought they made other changes.

Speaking of which … is Kwan really as slow as SDS make him out to be?

No way. I'd say he should be in the upper 70s or low 80s.

He's 45 speed, which is basically average. But he should be higher. His sprint speed on statcast is on par with guys that have 70-80 SPD in game.

I'd bet they probably did Kwan before he got an SDS ratings adjustment (his ratings at launch were really low - he had 53 CvR), and when they were applying their changes to the new roster update (I'm assuming they keep some sort of spreadsheet for when they have to move their changes to a new base roster), his ratings got set to what they had already jotted down (which ignored the SDS update).

Ok, that makes sense. I can just fix it myself. I was just more concerned about if there were multiple changes across the rosters.
