Player Creators - How do you rate pitcher’s pitches?

I make players on occasion and was curious how the individual pitch ratings translate to overall pitcher ratings.

Velocity is self explanatory but control and break are kinda of weird.

For MLB players I use Edge% and Whiff% for control and movement respectively. You can find these numbers on baseball savant.


For MiLB you really just have to eyeball it based off of scouting reports. There's no great way to do it.
