Manual Injure List for Opening Day

I tried looking through the threads here, but I didn't see what I'm looking for. (I apologize if I'm missing an obvious thread or post on this.)

For those starting a franchise with all players in the Majors and who want to manually injure players who should be on long-term injured list to start the season, is there a list somewhere of who was injured on Opening Day?

I looked up the current injuries a few days ago and these are the people that were listed as being injured prior to opening day and these are the ones that I manually injured.

Touki was put on the 60 Il with a shoulder injury as well for the braves

I ended up preparing this, from our roster thread:

I will add my suggested injury combinatios to the above spreadsheet E.g. Eloy Jimenez is projected to return 156 days from April 1, so I am using two 70 day injuries to get as close as I can. Certain players I can be more precise, like Chris Sale (70+42)
