How would you translate walk % and strikeout % into discipline and vision ratings? ie a player walks 14% of the time and strikes out 26% of the time. I'm guessing there are ratings gurus here who have a system they could share.

Here's a thread with spreadsheets translating each attribute with the exception of bunting, durability, defense and baserunning. On page 4, there's a link to a Google spreadsheet (you have to make a copy first to save to your own drive) where you can input the stats and the formula will do the work for you
