Sony has done a fantastic job with these new roster updates but it’s really not a good look that Robinson Cano is still missing.
Anyone have any insight on why he’s still missing?

Well it was his second or third PED incident. Maybe he can't be in the MLBPA for a year or so after returning from a year ban.
It's pathetic. I have reached out to MLPBA for comment and to see if he is covered by their group licensing agreement with MLB Show 22. Will let you know if I hear anything. Their website says all players with a signed contract are part of the Association, and given that you can buy his jersey at MLBShop.com, he is clearly covered by other MLBPA licensing agreements. At this point, I hope the Mets cut him.
"MLBPA holds the exclusive, worldwide right to use, license and sublicense the names, numbers, nicknames, likenesses, signatures, playing records and biographical data (known as “publicity rights”) of all active MLB players (collectively, the “Rights”) for use in or in connection with any brand, product, service or product line in various circumstances, including when more than 2 players are involved in such brand, product line or other venture."

Dude is batting a robust .195...he will be playing in philapino league by the end of next week.
I honestly cant understand the fuss about Cano. He is a cheater who was banned from baseball for steroids. He's old and he isn't any good without the steroids. Yet people keep posting about him. Move on, he's probably getting cut soon anyways
