Pitching slider experts, I have a quick question

Playing MLB 22 on PS4:

If I want my starters to be pretty much tapped out after 85-90 pitches (below 25% stamina, at least), what stamina setting do you recommend? On the flip side, what manager hook do you recommend for the CPU? I play all my games so no sim setting necessary.


Bonus question, if you don't mind.....what pitch speed settings do you recommend? I usually play on All-Star but was gonna give HOF a go this year.

Stamina at 6 is really good for user. 7 for cpu simply because as the user,you're able to conserve energy while pitching better.

Hook at 7 for SP, then raise to 10 once bullpen comes in. Been by far the best bullpen usage in game I've seen. I know you said you don't simulate games, but just in case. Hook at 7, and SP stamina at 2 works the best to create realistic complete games in a season.

Pitch speed is user preference and whatever works for you. I use default, but my TV is old and only 1080p.
