I mean, there's no one way to enjoy the game and feel free to make deviations from the posted sliders, but I'd just encourage that people (1) play a bunch of games before adjuting anything and (2) consider all the ramifications (good and bad) before making a change. I'm just trying to help people avoid 'slider hell' where they change one thing and then one other thing....and one more thing...which leads to them needing to change one more thing...

Re: WTNY's Worst Sliders Ever for MLB 15 (zone hitting/classic pitching/auto fielding

Oh man, have you faced Chris sale with these sliders/settings? The way he jumps at the end of his motion makes his fastball seem 100+, just filthy. Forget getting a run, I can't even make solid contact. I like top pitchers making me feel uncomfortable in the box. And these sliders do that.

Played my first franchise game with theses sliders and it was one of the most enjoyable games I had played through the first 8 innings. Then in the 9th became arguably my favorite game yet when my offense finally broke out and put some runs on the board to walk off with a win.

Very nice. Looks like a good mix of XBH's for both teams. Cubs beating the Cards is excellent as well.

Re: WTNY's Worst Sliders Ever for MLB 15 (zone hitting/classic pitching/auto fielding

First game in a while. Even though I struck out 14 times against a Twins staff that doesn't do very much of that, I have to tip my cap. They hit their spots and made some great pitches when they needed to. Stanton homered for the 2nd straight game after going homerless in the first 15 games of Spring Training. Was not enough as the Twinkies staged a 2 out rally in the 5th and batted around. Could not get that final out for nothing.

Re: WTNY's Worst Sliders Ever for MLB 15 (zone hitting/classic pitching/auto fielding

Good news, bad news. On the plus side Stanton homered for his 3rd straight game and the offense did well. On the minus side, my pitching staff got molly whopped by the Mets and lost the game. I was like bruh?

Re: WTNY's Worst Sliders Ever for MLB 15 (zone hitting/classic pitching/auto fielding

Has it been another week between games already?

Nothing all that remarkable about this ball game. A bad 4th inning did Tommy Koehler in and some Miami regulars got the day off.

Really enjoying the Slider/Roster combo. Have to be very selective and take advantage of situations but plays very well. Only change I made was to All Star pitching instead of HOF. Plays great
