Keeping my eye out on your set Mike. Our sliders in the past have been very similar so by the time I get it tomorrow, it will be nice knowing I have a starting point. Like you, I'll still be using HOF.
AS is getting too easy for me. Trying these out and will post boxscores soon. I am however using fisheye cam and broadcast for pitching. I have other settings differently as well but sliders are the same.
EDIT: Testing and streaming on twitch. Link on profile below.
Hey Mike, I just finished the O's first game of the 2016 season and posted the results below. If there are any other stats you would like me to keep an eye on in the future just tell me and I will jot them down. Thanks for the set man, hope you have an awesome day.
Just finished an exhibition game as Detroit @ Cleveland. Game started quick for me as J. Upton and M. Cabrera went for back-to-back dingers. But Cleveland scores a run each for the next three innings to take the lead. Both teams won't end up scoring again until the end of the game.
D. Salazar left the game in the 3rd inning with a leg injury, the first one I've seen after 3 games with this set. I wasn't able to record the box scores for the other two but I've been striking out a lot. I blame it on playing on HOF for the first time and the new fish cam. But I will play some more and hopefully will be able to adjust. I know testing these sliders in franchise mode is better but I just want to play with almost all 30 teams first before OSFM comes out. I will continue to play exhibition games but will observe the variance among the games and the results.
Overall these sliders feel great. I love the challenge HOF presents since I find AS too easy after 5 or so years with The Show.
Used sliders on directional hitting and auto fielding. I did not change CPU Manager Hook to 10 after they went to their relievers. Box Score Below.

This is very helpful to see, especially having the totals for each team listed. It seems there were a handful of strikeouts. What was the swing and miss percentage? You can check that by looking at how many times each team swung, and how totals times you had either a miss or a strikeout (combine the two). All of this can be found in the batter analysis section.
We should be seeing about 20% of the swings end up as misses (including strikeouts), and 15% be foul balls.
I've noticed a few more strikeouts thus far as well, but some of that is due to it being a new game with slightly different timing. Of course, baseball has been trending towards an increase in strikeouts as well, so nothing too crazy. Always keep an eye on where you're ranking within the team leaders.
