Pitch Speed between difficulty levels

Does the pitch speed slider increase between difficulty levels (e.g. HOF pitch speed at 5 is "faster" than All-Star at 5.)? Thanks.

Does anyone know what else changes when you bump up difficulty? I have heard PCI, Pitching AI? Can anyone tell me what gets changed when you increase difficulty Hitting/Pitching?

User team PCI's get smaller, CPU team's larger (CPU's PCI is noticeable in swing analysis). For the user, this represents a decreased chance to make contact and quality of contact - in particular, you will probably swing and miss more on Legend, even using zone. It's the opposite for the CPU, and this in particular is what makes pitching on Legend frightening - the CPU will easily punish mistakes with that contact increase.

User pitching interfaces are more difficult to use- usually this means the mechanic moves faster

Pitch speed increases, although this is pretty slight and only really noticeable if you jump multiple levels quickly

On default API, catcher's pitch suggestions disappear on all-star and above. Can be overridden by setting API "on" although using the exact suggestions above Veteran is a liability IMO

User Pitching interface mistakes are more punishing (can miss by a wider range)

CPU becomes more careful with its pitching strategy the higher the difficulty - in other words, if you're patient you'll walk more on the upper levels.

That's all of the obvious stuff I can think of.

At default pitch speed on All-Star difficulty, a 90 mph fastball is about 80 mph visually.

The slider system is a 10 point system (5 clicks above and below default) Each click represents about a 1.5mph+/- change in speed visually.

Hall of Fame and Legend start 2-3 mph higher than default All-Star.

I believe rookie and Veteran start 2-3 mph lower than All-Star default.

EDIT: I agree this year 10 for both is what 7 or 8 would look like last year.

So if i want pitches to me faster say like legend, when playing on all star I just bump up 2 or 3 clicks from default 5?
