Re: TNK MLB 19 Sliders

TNK - RED SOX FRANCHISE
Game # 20 of Season

Boston Red Sox (12-7) @ Tampa Bay Rays (12-7)
Pitching Matchup - David Price vs Ryan Yarbrough

The Red Sox and Rays open up a 3 game series at Tropicana Field with both teams coming in tied for 2nd place in the AL East with identical 12-7 records. The Red Sox jumped all over Ryan Yarbrough and took a 6-1 lead early after scoring 4 runs in the top of the 3rd. The Rays responded with 4 runs off David Price who was struggling with command in the bottom of the 3rd to make it a 6-5 game. Price would settle down after the rocky 3rd inning and the Red Sox would continue to mash the Rays pitching staff and tack on runs in the late innings as they pound out 21 hits on their way to a 16-5 drubbing of the Rays

* The Red Sox win 16-5 to improve to 13-7 on the season and move a game ahead of the Rays who fall to 12-8

* Red Sox top prospect Michael Chavis was called up from AAA Pawtucket to make his MLB debut playing 2nd base and Chavis made an instant impact as he went 3 for 4 with a single, double, HR & 3 RBI in a memorable MLB debut

* Christian Vazquez has been off to a slow start to the season but went 3 for 5 with a HR & 4 RBI as he looks to get going offesnively

* Jackie Bradley remains hot going 3 for 5 with his 6th HR of the season

* Andrew Benintendi went 2 for 6 and has an 11 game hitting streak

* David Price was shaky early but got straightened out and pitched 7 innings allowing 5 runs on 6 hits with 7 Ks and 2 walks to earn the win and improve to 2-1 on the season

* The Red Sox and Rays will play the 2nd game of this series tomorrow with a fantastic pitching match up scheduled as Boston sends Chris Sale to the mound against Blake Snell

Re: TNK MLB 19 Sliders

TNK - RED SOX FRANCHISE
Game # 21 of Season

Boston Red Sox (13-7) @ Tampa Bay Rays (12-8)
Pitching Matchup - Chris Sale vs Blake Snell

Chris Sale and Blake Snell squared off in a battle of two of the top left handed starters in the American League and they were both sharp early as the game was scoreless after 4 innings with both pitchers cruising. The Red Sox would get to Snell in the top of the 5th when Snell left a fastball up over the plate to Andrew Benintendi who launched a 3-run HR to RF giving Boston a 3-0 lead. Rafael Devers crushed a 441 foot bomb of Ryne Stanek in the 6th inning to make it 4-0. Chris Sale continued to shut down the Rays and Boston would add 4 more runs in the top of the 8th on their way to a 9-0 victory

* The Red Sox have taken the first two games of this series and outscored the Rays 25-5 in the process as Boston improves to 14-7 on the season and the Rays drop to 12-9

* Chris Sale pitched 8 shutout innings to earn the win and imrpove his record to 2-1

* Blake Snell was excellent through 4 innings before the wheels came off in the 5th and he would take the loss to fall to 2-3 on the season

* Andrew Benintendi extends his hitting streak to 12 games as he went 3 for 5 with a HR & 4 RBI

* Rafael Devers absolutely crushed his 2nd HR of the season for Boston sending a Ryne Stanek fastball 441 feet to right center

* Michael Chavis came back to reality after his outstanding MLB debut in yesterdays game as he was 0 for 4 with 3 Ks in the game

* The Red Sox will look to complete the 3 game sweep tomorrow as they send Nathan Eovaldi to mound against Charlie Morton in the series finale

Re: TNK MLB 19 Sliders

TNK - RED SOX FRANCHISE
Game # 22 of Season

Boston Red Sox (14-7) @ Tampa Bay Rays (12-9)
Pitching Matchup - Nathan Eovaldi vs Charlie Morton

The Red Sox opened up a 3-0 lead early in the game with runs in the 1st, 2nd and 4th innings. Nathan Eovaldi was cruising along with a 3-0 lead in the bottom of the 5th when he felt some discomfort in his arm and was forced to leave the game with an injury. Heath Hembree entered the game and was welcomed by Kevin Kiermaier who drilled a solo HR to CF to get the Rays on the board and make it a 3-1 game. Hembree would serve up another HR in the bottom of the 6th as Avisail Garcia hit a solo HR into the LF stands but Hembree would get through the inning and send the game to the 7th with the Red Sox leading 3-2. Tampa was threatening in the bottom of the 7th against Brandon Workman with two men on and two outs for Tommy Pham. Workman would escape with some help from his defense as Pham hit a soft liner that looked like it was going to be a RBI single to LF but Xander Bogaerts made a great running catch into the outfield to end the inning and send the game to the 8th inning with Boston leading 3-2. Matt Barnes retired the side in order in the bottom of the 8th and we would go to the 9th inning with the Red Sox holding on to a 3-2 lead. Ryan Brasier came on to pitch the bottom of the 9th and gave up a leadoff single to Choi who moved into scoring position on a sac bunt by Lowe. The Rays had the tying run in scoring position with 1 out but Brasier would get Heredia to fly out to shallow CF for the 2nd out. Kevin Kiermaier would come up as the Rays were down to their final out and Brasier would get him to chase a two seam fastball tailing off the plate to end the game and record the save as the Red Sox hang on for a 3-2 victory

* The Red Sox win a tight one 3-2 to complete the 3 game sweep of the Rays at Tropicana Field

* The Red Sox have won 4 straight and improve to 15-7 on the season while the Rays record drops to 12-10

* Nathan Eovaldi was pitching well before he was forced to leave the game with an injury in the 5th inning. Eovaldi will be placed on the injured list and could miss up to a month or so with an elbow strain

* Brock Holt continues to produce when in the lineup as he went 2 for 3 with a double & 2 RBI and Holt is now hitting .436 on the season

* Kevin Kiermaier and Avisail Garcia each went deep for Tampa Bay to provide the offense in the losing effort

* The Red Sox trio of Workman, Barnes and Brasier continue to get the job done in the late innings as they slammed the door to record the final 9 outs

* Andrew Benintendi went 2 for 4 with a double to extend his hitting streak to 13 games and lift his batting average to .322

* Charlie Morton pitched pretty well for the Rays striking out 9 in 6 solid innings of work but took the loss to fall to 1-3 on the season

* The Red Sox will call up Ryan Weber from AAA Pawtucket to take Eovaldi's spot in the rotation

* The Red Sox will return home to begin a 4 game series with the Detroit Tigers at Fenway Park. The Tigers have had a dreadful start to the season as they are currently 4-18 on the season. Eduardo Rodriguez gets the start on the mound for Boston against Jordan Zimmermann for Detroit

Re: TNK MLB 19 Sliders

TNK - RED SOX FRANCHISE
Game # 23 of Season

Detroit Tigers (4-18) @ Boston Red Sox (15-7)
Pitching Matchup - Jordan Zimmermann vs Eduardo Rodriguez

Eduardo Rodriguez and Jordan Zimmermann were locked in a pitchers duel as Detroit had just 2 hits off Rodriguez and Boston just one hit off Zimmermann through 5 innings and the score was tied 0-0. The Tigers erupted for 3 runs on 5 hits in the top of the 6th with Goodrum, Cabrera and Beckham all picking up a RBI and Detroit would take a 3-0 lead. Detroit added a run on a Josh Harrison RBI double in the top of the 7th to make it 4-0. The Red Sox bats finally came to life in the bottom of the 7th when Christian Vazquez came up with two men on and drove a line drive in the gap for a double scoring two runs to cut the deficit to 4-2. Blaine Hardy came on to replace Zimmarmann on the mound and got out of the inning without further damage as Vazquez was stranded at 2nd base and we would go to the 8th inning with the Tigers up 4-2. The Red Sox had two men on and 1 out against Joe Jimenez in the bottom of the 8th and Jimenez would get a huge strikeout of Rafael Devers for the 2nd out. Buck Farmer came in to face Michael Chavis and Chavis would smoke a groundball up the middle but Ronny Rodriguez was able to make a nice play to glove it on the run and flip to 2nd base for the force out to end the inning and send the game to the 9th inning with Detroit leading 4-2. Brandon Workman retired the side in the top of the 9th and the Red Sox would come to bat in the bottom of the 9th trailing 4-2 with Tigers closer Shane Greene coming on to try and close it out. Greene would strikeout Jackie Bradley to begin the inning and pinch hitter Brock Holt was hit by a pitch to bring the tying run to the plate for the Red Sox with 1 out. Andrew Benintendi would strikeout for the 4th time in the game for the 2nd out and that would bring up Mookie Betts with Boston down to their final out. Betts would give the ball a ride as he hit a fly ball deep to CF but Jones would make the catch on the warning track for the final out as the Tigers win 4-2

* The Red Sox drop the opener of this 4 game series with the Tigers by a score of 4-2

* The Tigers improve to 5-18 with the win while the loss drops the Red Sox to 15-8 snapping their 4 game win streak

* The Tigers had 4 different players with a RBI and were lead by Josh Harrison who went 3 for 5 with 2 doubles and 1 RBI

* Jordan Zimmermann picked up his first win of the season to improve his record to 1-4 as he pitched into the 7th innning allowing 2 runs on 4 hits with 3 walks and 5 K

* Eduardo Rodriguez pitched decent but took the loss for Boston as his record drops to 2-2 after allowing 3 runs in 5.2 innings with a walk and 2 K

* Andrew Benintendi had a brutal night at the plate as his 13 game hitting streak ends with an 0 for 5 night with 4 strikeouts

* The Red Sox and Tigers play the 2nd game of this 4 game series tomorrow with Rick Porcello taking the mound for Boston against Daniel Norris for Detroit

Re: TNK MLB 19 Sliders

TNK - RED SOX FRANCHISE
Game # 24 of Season

Detroit Tigers (5-18) @ Boston Red Sox (15-8)
Pitching Matchup - Daniel Norris vs Rick Porcello

Rick Porcello and Daniel Norris were pitching fantastic games as both pitchers were shutting down the opposing offenses through 6 innings and the game was scoreless as we moved to the 7th inning. The Tigers got back to back singles by Goodrum and Greiner to give them two men on with 1 out in the top of the 7th but Porcello got out of the inning unscathed after Jacoby Jones popped out and Ronny Rodriguez grounded out to Bogaerts to end the inning and keep it a 0-0 ball game. The Red Sox squandered a golden opportunity in the bottom of the 7th as they loaded the bases with nobody out but Zac Reininger would get Vazquez to pop out and then recorded back to back strikeouts of Michael Chavis and Mookie Betts to escape the inning and the score remained 0-0 after 7 innings. Porcello pitched around a single in the top of the 8th as he got Miguel Cabrera to fly out to LF to end the inning finishing off 8 shutout innings of work. Reininger allowed a 2 out double to Bogaerts in the bottom of the 8th but the Tigers escaped when Steve Pearce ripped a liner that was snared by Rodriguez at SS to end the inning and send the game to the 9th inning locked in a 0-0 tie. Matt Barnes pitched a scoreless top of the 9th and the Red Sox would come to bat with a chance to walk off in the bottom of the 9th. Drew VerHagen came on to pitch and issued a lead off to Eduardo Nunez. Jackie Bradley struck out for the 1st out and Brock Holt came up to pinch hit for Vazquez. VerHagen would get Holt to hit what should have been an inning ending double play to send the game to extra innings as Holt smoked the ball to Harrison at 2nd base who flipped to Rodriguez for the 2nd out but his throw to 1st base to complete the double play sailed over the head of Niko Goodrum at 1st base keeping the inning alive for the Red Sox with Holt now at 2nd base in scoring position with two outs. Michael Chavis came to the plate with a chance to be the hero and worked himself into a hitters count. VerHagen made a nice pitch as he spotted a 96 mph fastball down in the zone but Chavis was able to square it up and launched an absolute rocket to LF that kept rising and sailed into the monster seats for a 2-run walk off home run for the rookie giving the Red Sox a 2-0 victory and sending Fenway park into a frenzy

* The Red Sox and Tigers were tied 0-0 in the bottom of the 9th when a throwing error by Ronny Rodriguez kept the inning alive for Boston and prized rookie Michael Chavis crushed a 2-run walk off HR into the monster seats to give the Red Sox a thrilling 2-0 victory

* The Red Sox get back on track and improve to 16-8 on the season while the Tigers fall to 5-19

Re: TNK MLB 19 Sliders

TNK - RED SOX FRANCHISE
Game # 25 of Season

Detroit Tigers (5-19) @ Boston Red Sox (16-8)
Pitching Matchup - Spencer Turnbull vs David Price

The Tigers were leading 1-0 in the bottom of the 4th when Rafael Devers drove a fastball from Spencer Turnbull the opposite way just clearing the green monster for a 2-run HR to give the Red Sox a 2-1 lead. The Red Sox scored 3 more runs in the 5th inning to open up a 5-1 lead. The Tigers got a RBI double from John Hicks to cut the deficit to 5-2 in the top of the 6th inning. Boston would load the bases in the bottom of the 6th inning against Victor Alcantara and Andrew Benintendi would turn on a fastball and drive it over the visitors bullpen in RF for a grand slam to blow the game open 9-2.

* The Red Sox offense explodes for 12 runs on 11 hits on their way to a 12-2 rout of the Tigers

* David Price improves to 3-1 after going 6.2 innings allowing 2 runs on 4 hits with a walk and 8 strikeouts

* Rafael Devers was 2 for 4 with a double, HR & 2 RBI

* Andrew Benintendi was 1 for 5 but his hit was a big one as he mashed a grand slam in the 6th inning

* Michael Chavis continues to show off his bat since being promoted to the majors as he went 2 for 4 with a double & 2 RBI

* Mookie Betts had the day and JD Martinez went 0 for 5 dropping his average to .294 on the season. The Red Sox are still waiting for their top two hitters to get going as Betts and Martinez have just two HR each on the season

* The Red Sox and Tigers wrap up this 4 game series at Fenway Park tomorrow with Ryan Weber taking the mound for Boston against Matt Boyd for Detroit. Weber will make his Red Sox debut after being called up to replace Nathan Eovaldi in the rotation. The Red Sox will give the start to Weber and push Chris Sale back a day to give him some extra rest

Re: TNK MLB 19 Sliders

Is there any way of easily copying your camera angle? I really like it and would love to use it in my franchise!
