It’s a hard pass for me at launch and for the foreseeable future.

I really gave 22 a true go and actually loved it OOTB but then that damn hitting engine reared its ugly head for me personally. And a few other things I simply hated.

I just love prior versions a lot more for my style of play and what I love to do (classic rosters and long running franchises I carried forward for year’s and years).

SDS makes a high quality game. It’s just where I am at and what I am pursuing….I get all that I want from MLB 17 thru 20.

It’s my happy place.

Bought early access digital PS5 version and will also have on Series X with Game Pass.

I got my hands on a ps5 a little over a month and a half ago so I'm definitely going to buy this year. Having said that, with the rule changes, the schedule the way it is now, etc, along with priorities possibly shifting around this time next year (basically if I have baby at this time next year), I may be more selective buying future releases.

Definitely buying this year's version though.

After playing 20 for the last years it's time to update and get 23 on PS4.



So I'll be doing a San Francisco Giants franchise this season using the 1983-1993 uniforms (the classic road is finally in this year).

'23 on the PS5 . Already pre ordered early purchase. Bring on March 24. Even took the day off of work that day.

I need to get a speaker for my TV so I can take advantage of the sounds this year.

Spent the $100 today and bought the digital. Too bad I couldn't get the early access with the $70 version. . I so miss the days when I could drive down to LA and get the game early before release.

I getting the digital version standard edition for PS5. I really was on the fence at the beginning, but that's because i was enjoying 22 so much. After playing the beta, I've decided to purchase.

I know some people wonder why people buy the game every year. One reason is I usually get my money's worth each year. It's my go to game. It's usually the only game I pay full price for, and it's the best sports game on the market.
