So I guess at this point the way Quick Counts is, is likely the way they intend it, as opposed to a bug? Since I'd assume it wouldn't be very difficult to revert back to how it's been for a decade, but that hasn't happened yet through 3 patches...

The worst is Sony ( aka SCEA) from 5 to 10 yrs ago would have communicate what’s the intent here and the case would be closed.

What’s the issue with quick counts? I noticed the patch count is correct this year, last year the count was always less than what it should have been.

Why would they make it easier to locate pitches? I have control at 3 and consistency at 2 and still issue maybe 2 walks per game if I'm lucky using classic. Pinpoint is already perfect pinpoint location for those who mastered it. Every time I watch DD on Twitch, they have perfect releases and location 99% of the time already. Doesn't make sense to make that easier, but whatever lol.
If they want pitching to feel more rewarding as they say, then make it harder, not easier. Backward thinking to me.

I’ve enjoyed the slightly more difficult pitching ( for me anyway) I’ve experienced so far this year.
I’ve never issued as many walks as I have up to this point in previous Shows.

Theoretically, although if you are able to hit a large amount of your pitches with perfect input it seems like it would be hard to get realistic numbers in the first place because you're just not missing very much. If you can, you might consider lowering the human accuracy a click or two to counter what it sounds like they're about to do (it will make the PAR visibly larger when pitching). But I'd at least try it at the same settings post patch to see if a change even needs to be made.
Unrelated to this quote, but this shouldn't affect classic pitching at all since there is no PAR, and no guaranteed result for perfect input since there is no perfect input.

So PAR only matters for perfect input/releases? Are you saying since I use classic the patch won't effect my accuracy? The notes said it would effect all interfaces.
