    All star difficulty?

I always used All star when pitching and it was very realistic. This year I felt I overpowered the hitters. I stoped playing but want to return. Has it been patched?

I use S&B's All-Star sliders. I never feel like I'm overpowering the CPU. Some of the thread have reported high strikeout numbers but if anything my strikeouts are much lower compared to years past.

I also use S&B All Star sliders. However, i play on All-Star+. I did exhibition till i got both pitching & hitting to AS+, then i turned the dynamic difficulty to 0, locked it in, and have been having fun.

I average around 9 k's per game, which is on par for the Red Sox (8.6 per game).

I play on classic pitching, and timing hitting

I personally feel that using dynamic difficulty and locking it in at All Star+ (on default sliders) provides a better overall experience than All Star.
Play the games you love, not the games you want to love.

Me too so i switched to hall of fame pitching and kept all star hitting. I have had some real good results with this setup

I’ve mostly been on HOF in pitching for this series. This year though I’ve been on Legend and pitching well. Pitching does seem easier this year.

I used All-Star last year and bumped it to legend this year. I found that on All-Star, no matter the sliders, the CPU didn't make enough contact on pitches out of the zone, which made getting strike outs easier. Going up to legend really helps that. It wasn't an issue previously (and in fact I found pitching on All-Star to harder than pitching on Legend last year), but in reducing foul balls on those pitches for the DD crowd, they seemingly also made All-Star play a little less realistically.

Is there any way to get to All Star+ without having to start at Beginner on Dynamic Difficulty this year?

Idk but even starting from Beginner it’s pretty quick; just jack the DD slider to 10, & jack your power, contact and timing sliders to 10 (and the reverse idea for pitching, CPU contact power & timing to zero) and you can get to AS+ within a game or two, probably even faster depending on your approach.

Don’t forget to utilize your AAA & AA games, and don’t forget you can switch sides (so if you finish getting to AS+ hitting first for example, you can just pitch for both sides while getting there while pitching).

I think it took me about 13 or 14 innings total, and that was with me forgetting I could switch sides.
                  Just one man’s opinion.
I don’t actually care about any of this.

I bumped it up to Legend. Anything under Legend is just too easy and I’m wondering if pitching in this game is beginning to be broken. Pitching on HoF was putting me to sleep.

I play on HOF for pitching, I am not an expert with Baseball, I have gotten mixed results with that setting, some games I will get 10 SO's with a pitcher and the next game I will give up 5 hits in the first inning
