Agree with most of what you wrote.

Its a shame the direction sports games are going. DD/MUT are getting all the attention. Franchise modes are lifeless box checking, gameplay is tweaked to appease the online crowd. (when was the last time the user could lay down a bunt in this game?!)

My hope for this series is we can mod the PS4 versions at some point. Not a perfect cure, but thats the only thing that would give me the experience I am looking for at this point of my life.
