Has anyone heard anything about Online Franchise making a return? It was one of the best modes Sony ever added to the game and my friends and I were so disappointed when they removed it years ago. Custom rosters allowed us to have so many fun leagues with classic rosters.

Nothing yet but they haven’t started releasing info/features about the game.

Man, I have been hoping for a long time for this to come back.
There was a huge 40 page thread when SDS killed the mode 3 weeks before the release of MLB 18. The best years for me were me and my 3 buddies playing in an online chise.
We do the same in Madden and NBA, and NCAA is coming, but MLB would be the best. We had so much fun despite the mode being largely broken.

What year was it the least buggy? I just always remember running into massive problems, but maybe it mostly when we'd try to change to the next season but single-season stuff was relatively seamless.I won't ask for Christmas or birthday gifts if you subscribe to the Operation Sports Newsletter (Not Just Another Roster Update).
