Does the Stadium Creator include the ability to specify unique characteristics for a user created ballpark? For example:

• It's very difficult to hit HRs to RF in San Francisco.
• Petco Park in San Diego and Dodger Stadium are pitcher's parks, sometimes reducing runs (but NOT HRs) significantly.

Yes, you can make it so the ball flys out like in Colorado (by adjusting the altitude) or less so like in Oakland.
