    PPI in Franchise

Do we know how exactly this works in the game? I was under the impression you get rewarded with a draft pick if you have a rookie on the roster for the entire season and he wins rookie of the year, but I see Francisco Alvarez on my list of PPI players and he played in 125 games last year

I think there's a bug. Inside franchise mode the handbook says who's eligible but they have Volpe and Bobby Witt in addition to Alvarez.
    Graeves.

I’m quite certain all those players are PPI eligible this year.

            Yes

Players can earn a PPI pick by:

            *Winning ROY Award
*Placing in Top 3 of MVP Award
*Placing in Top 3 of Cy Young Award

              Re: PPI in Franchise

I didn't realize it extended past their rookie season, but it guess it makes sense so teams don't try any service time shenanigans in year 2 or 3 instead to game the system.

Thought it was a bug that Witt/Alvarez were showing so its good to know it's working properly

I never knew everything that PPI entailed. This article was actually very informative, and lists who’s eligible for every team.
