Lag On Playstation Portal and MLB The Show 24

Is anyone else having lag on the PlayStation portal when playing MLB the show 24? Most notably for me it’s when pitching with meter pitching. Any tips on how to fix it?

I've noticed it on both pitching and hitting. No clue how to fix it. I just don't play The Show on my Portal.

I don’t think there’s any way around it. There’s always going to be lag. I just adjust and hit the button a hair sooner than normal. Seems to work ok for me.

Im noticing lag on meter pitching on the PS5. It’s mainly when I move the cursor from its starting position to my desired location. It’s the first time I’ve ever experienced lag like this using meter.
