custom team and rosters

Cannot figure out how to do this. My objective: Create a team (I can do this) and all 26/28 players. I then want to swap them in for the Red Sox so that no current Red Sox are in my franchise. This is super easy in 2k. What's the best way to do this in The Show? The only way I've found is to create all 28 guys, get them on my team, and then lower the ratings for all current Sox to 0..........but that seems like a dumb way and there'd be a better way. Thanks!!!
